I started out making beaded jewellery and suncatchers part-time after the birth of my son, Mitchell, nearly 7 years ago. I sold it to friends and family and at the occasional market when I could organise baby-sitting. When my daughter, Chloe, was born in 2005 I couldn't allocate enough time to make as much, so I registered a business and started selling sterling silver jewellery as an add-on.

With 2 children and a part-time job I found it difficult to get to markets, but didn't want to give it up. So, after many months of agonising, I resigned from a permanent clerical position and opened my own shop. This website is an add-on from this.

I have always loved jewellery, particularly sterling silver, and have a fondness of rainbow moonstone and amethyst (I love purple, if you hadn't noticed!). Although, since I started buying jewellery, I have discovered the beauty of swarovski crystal and many more gemstones.

So far, I am totally enjoying my big step into the retail world, and although there are many challenges to be faced yet, I am looking forward to it.

As I have a background of over 15 years in clerical and administrative roles, I have also started a virtual assistant business, Click-On Clerical Service. I can provide administrative support to individuals or businesses in a virtual capacity (ie off-site, working from my own office). Between both businesses and a husband, 2 kids and a dog I am kept very busy but love the variety.
